Core master trainers and core personal trainers lead groups of 2–10 through workouts tailored to participants' fitness interests. Trainers focus primarily on core strength and balance, motivating pupils to shed pounds while gaining muscle, speed, and power. Each option also includes an individual assessment in addition to the Core45 training sessions.
