About Sasquatch CrossFit

The workouts at Sasquatch CrossFit aren't like the ones you'll get at most other gyms. Whereas classic training tends to focus on the individual, rote workouts, and exercise equipment, CrossFit takes a different path to fitness. In many ways, it's more direct; rather than rely on a circuit of machine-centered reps, CrossFit uses push-ups, pull-ups, and weight training to create an old-fashioned workout. Sessions at Sasquatch have also been known to incorporate tasks such as using brute force to push a monster truck tire, scale a rope with haste, or hurl a medicine ball to the surface of the moon. In this way, workouts are never the same and every day at Sasquatch is different. The center's trainers also emphasize the team-oriented aspects of each workout. While all individuals work hard to improve their own bodies, the group keeps each other motivated and, in the process, forms a bond that becomes like that of a family—which will then be overcome and transformed into a healthy, positive bond.
