Which Option at Savor Studio is Best for You?
- 4 Week Pole Dance Series - Intoxicating Intro: If you are Brand New to Pole dancing we recommend you start here! This is where you will learn the essentials of pole dance. You will learn how to walk around the pole, spins that are easily accessible regardless of your strength level, juicy transitions, basic grips (how you hold onto the pole), and some floor and the wall moves. The best part of taking a series is that you get to stick with the same group of students, same time, every week, and build on what you learn each week to increase your confidence!
- 1 Specialty Pole Dance Workshop: Already have pole dance experience or new and craving a deep dive into some delicious specialty workshops? Come savor yourself and indulge in your dance with studio owner, Eve LeMarque as she guides you through a different pole focus each month!
- 1 Drop-In Pole Dance or Embodied Movement Class: Already have pole dance experience and looking to try dancing at Savor for the first time? Or new and interested in trying some of our other embodied movement classes? This option works for any drop-in class of your choice!

What to wear: For most of our classes we recommend wearing pants that are easy to move in, leggings, sweats and shorts or bottoms of your choosing that allow you to access your skin. If you do not want to have exposed skin you can invest in some sticky pole leggings. Wear a tank top or bra with layers on top if you want. We recommend bringing pole or dance knee pads to class. *Make sure to avoid wearing lotion or oils on your skin the days you come to the studio or shower before you come. You will not be able to stick on the pole.
