Friendly gym. Love the sauna after a work out. Haven't tried any classes yet but they offer a good variety.

Not all the equipment is in working order ie cycling machines. Person at front counter - although pleasant enough - doesn't appear to have a good knowledge of all the equipment. I felt very uncomfortable asking how to use some of the machines & no assistance was ever "offered".
