Traditional SPENGA sessions are one hour long comprised of 20 minutes of Spin, 20 minutes of Strength/HIIT training, followed by 20 minutes of Yoga. So in a 60 minute session you get your cardio, strength and stretch for the ultimate workout. Specialty sessions are also available featuring 45 minutes of strength only or yoga only sessions.
