What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have highly specialize education in the areas of weight-loss, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation. A client who trains with should expect to tone up, build muscle, improve conditioning, eat better, and or relieve chronic pain.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I remind them of their goals and purpose. I want my clients to know that every training session has significant meaning and value to it. I also track and measure ALL of my clients' progress. Nothing motivates an indvidual better than real results!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness training and educating myself is what I am most passionate about.

What do you love most about your job?
I love coaching, empowering, and educating people more than anything else.
