I think that having the 1 month Groupon allowed me to try out the venue without joining officially. They do introduce you to packages in the beginning which may intimidate customers, but that should be expected. Steve Nash Gym may benefit from an extended trial to 90 days for a cheap price which may attract customers.

I went in to redeem my groupon and received such great service that I signed a membership contract. Abit disappointed that I didn't get my free tshirt that was advertised.

Would be a stronger recommendation if service from staff were a bit better and that I actually got the t shirt from the groupon which none of the locations had at the time. The pros: great amenities, locations, and equipment/classes provided. The cons: better staff attitude.

The staff at the North Delta location is fantastic! I felt welcome the second I walked in the door and they have remembered me every time I have gone to the gym. I will definitely be signing up for a membership once my 30 days are finished.

I've been to many gyms over the years. Including other Steve Nash locations, to be honest. This experience at Brentwood was phenomenal. The space is great, the vibe is great, and the staff are the cherry on top. I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I didn't feel like a sales opportunity at all. I felt valued and truly like they want to help me. I can't wait to go back and I can't remember the last time I've said that about the gym. They're doing everything right as far as my first impression went at Brentwood Steve Nash. Top shelf.
