Derek is really on his game with feedback and checking up on his people. It is a testament to his business that most of his clients have been coming for years. They are incredible to watch and they make you want to do better. Got my sister-in-law interested because she saw that I was enjoying it.

The typical get-fit New Year's Resolution crowd filters into gyms every January 2nd, and the lines waiting to use the weight benches grow shorter with each day.
