What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
In creating Studio10, Jonah and Tami focused on everything they loved about their past experiences as gym members. Classes are challenging, sweaty and ever-changing. Staff is friendly, personal, and experienced. Clients are treated as family.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our certified trainers lead each class on a headset, observing form and ability. As we learn each of our guests, we will figure out which methods push each client the best, and then customize each experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Jonah and Tami met at a fitness class five years back, and started talking during a wall sit. Both working long hours raising kids, they agreed the gym was the one place they had to destress and forget all worries. Studio10 is a way to share that place with anyone who wants or needs it.

What do you love most about your job?
I love providing the space for people to come feel good, and let loose.
