Results, friendly environment and after taking just a few barre classes, most people notice that they feel taller and more toned. The barre technique focuses on strengthening the core, enhancing posture and proper alignment, while sculpting those hard to get areas like the abs, seat, and thighs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
This workout like none other. With little or no equipment involved, it will change your body in only a few classes creating definition in your arms, a lifted seat, and lean thighs.….60 minutes in a Studio Barre class and you will have addressed every muscle group and feel worked!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I discovered Studio Barre in La Costa! This barre class was so different than any I had experienced. The class was very evolved and had an energy that trickled down from the teachers, staff and then into its clients! I had to become part of the family and open one in my community.

What do you love most about your job?
Spreading this incredible, fun, motivating, workout with my community and sharing in the excitement of being fit and healthy. I can’t think of a better place to go to work. I’m very thankful.
