Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
At Studio K, our tag line is “The Floor is Yours,” meaning no matter your background, age, or level of ability, the floor is yours to have fun, get healthy, and learn something new. We change our schedule monthly to not only keep you motivated among our 35 styles of dance and fitness classes, but to keep your body challenged for the most effective weight loss results.

Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Yes, definitely. Studio K truly offers something for everyone, so whether you are looking for a calm, more relaxing class to stretch, tone, or learn technique such as in our Core Ballet or Pop Pilates classes, we also know when to turn it up, put on the disco lights and rock out like in our Lightsaber Fitness, POUND, Zumba, Hip Hop, Tap Burn, or other class styles where it’s all about the music, the atmosphere, and having a great time to make that hour fly by.

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
Studio K offers the largest variety of dance and fitness classes for adults in Central Florida ages 16 and up. We offer many unique to Studio K styles and were the first in Central Florida to bring Lightsaber Fitness, as well as offer many professional workshops with stars from film, TV, and stage. Made mainstream in LA and NY, Lightsaber Fitness is taking studios by storm giving Star Wars fans a chance to live out their dreams on the dance floor. Using a lightsaber, Studio K instructor Kim Matovina will lead you through a class like none other merging film fight choreography, toning and cardio techniques.
