Fitness has always been an important part of Anna and Santi Tefel’s lives, and even more so since the former collegiate athletes opened Studio Novo Nashville. The studio offers classes in the Lagree fitness method. This intense, full-body workout uses Lagree’s Megaformer, a custom-designed apparatus integrating cardio, core-strength, endurance and flexibility work. Megaformer classes feature slow, controlled movements that lengthen and tone muscles. Studio Novo's schedule offers multiple classes a day, each of which is capped at 10 students so everyone receives personalized attention from instructors with professional training in the Lagree method.
