What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am independent. I do not do contracts. I love this industry and want to provide a fun, safe way for people to reach their fitness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep my clients motivated by letting them know it does not happen overnight. It is a process, and I will show you how to get to your ultimate fitness goal.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to start my own business because I wanted to be able to train people how I wanted, when I wanted. I also wanted to bring my own philosophy to fitness, and that is: "We are all warriors. We just have to find it. Warriors never give up and they never surrender. They will win or die trying."

What do you love most about your job?
I love my job. I knew at a young age that I wanted a career in fitness. For me, this is not my job. This is my life.
