David is amazing!!!! I found him on Groupon and decided to train with him because of the good reviews and he was close to where I live. He’s extremely knowledgeable and will push you in a good way to achieve your best. I know I’ll be sore the next few days but I’m happy knowing that it was worth the pain :)
