Targeted to baby boomers, each boot-camp style class could feature full-body exercises such as air squats, medicine-ball tosses, and sprints, with exercises modified to best match the needs of clients aged 50 and older. Led by Bob Fry, who is 59 years old with more than 40 years experience in the fitness field, there will also be discussions about diet, former injuries, arthritis, and other common reasons why people slow down or stop exercising. Classes are available Mondays and Wednesdays at 11 a.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.
