Q&A with the President of Team Wring Fitness
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated? Reminder text notifications provided for personal training clients, group feed for all classes with notifications, personal trainer led classes (someone to tailor the workout to our needs), multiple trainers leading class to keep you engaged, and diversity in class schedule.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy? Fitness is Not An Event, It's a Lifestyle.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student? Music playlist is set toward the demographic of the group and the class tempo. Some classes instructors led by participating in class and some classes are led through commands. Breaks are encouraged and provided.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover? 2012 American Heart Association Award Recipient for a Lifestyle Change (Cleveland Chapter) Pro Style Student Athlete Training (multisport).
