The Bar Method is a one-hour, three-stage workout that integrates cardio, sculpting, and stretching into an energizing, invigorating class. The Bar Method's friendly, highly-trained instructors provide students a high level of personal attention and encouragement so they achieve the best possible results. They starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises, and push-ups. Move on to intense leg and seat work at the bar. Then finish with an array of abdominal work. Every exercise includes active stretching and is followed by additional stretching to elongate the muscles. No workout is more targeted—giving students noticeably defined, toned arms, abs, legs, and a lifted seat while blasting fat and elongating muscles for a lean, dancer-like body.
