What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At The Fit Co. NYC, you will get fit in a way that fits your body and your busy schedule. All classes involve efficiency, challenges, and nonstop movement. Barefoot is an option in all classes. Our lunchtime No Sweat class focuses on abs, glutes, and arms, and you leave sore and worked but not sweaty.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our constant movement and flow keeps you moving in and out of exercises so you feel challenged yet time moves quickly since you are not in one exercise for too long before flowing to the next.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When my daughter was 13 months, I started fitness classes aimed at the mom where she could bring her baby. While we still offer our MamaFit class, our classes have evolved to other offerings and a wider clientele.

What do you love most about your job?
Providing busy people with a way to get into the best shape of their lives without time being an impediment.
