I have not taken advantage of any of the classes. I do use the gym, pool and change room facilities and feel they are first-rate. I also had a session with the personal trainer and she is excellent. All of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. All in all, top rating.

Out of all the gyms I've been too this is my second favourite (First: The gym at RCMP Headquarters). The only thing that I find is missing is space. Aside from that the gym is clean, the people are extremely nice, positive, and are always willing to help. Lastly, I love their salt water pool!
