Whats Included: Two (2) or Four (4) 1:1 Customized Strength Training Sessions, plus Consultation, Body Composition Test and CAROL Bike Demo
- You will complete an Online Health History Questionnaire before your first visit and your Strength Training Specialist will use that for your comprehensive consultation.
- Body Composition Testing on our SECA Medical BCA machine. This state-of-the-art, non-invasive, bioelectrical equipment reads the proportion of your body’s fat mass, fat-free mass, total body water, intracellular water, extracellular water, and skeletal muscle mass in a rapid 17 seconds!
- Two (2) or Four (4) 1:1 Personal Strength Training workouts; Your initial workout will be an introduction to our slow motion high intensity strength training method. Then you will receive 1 to 3 more weekly 30 minute sessions where you will go deeper and truly experience how effective this unique method is in just a half an hour a week!
- CAROL Bike Demo - Experience AI personalized cardio workouts in less than 9 minutes.
