What You'll Get
Today’s side deal puts you on your way to a full-fledged fashion makeover, even if you don’t have time to go shopping. For $100, you get three hours of services from the personal fashion-styling agency The Style Maison (up to a $300 value). Having a busy schedule is a great excuse for not reading Infinite Jest, but it’s no excuse for not looking your best, especially when there are fashion experts ready to do the legwork for you.
The Style Maison was founded in 2008 by Lauryn Prattes, whose experience includes work as a magazine stylist, fashion editor, and fashion blogger. With your Groupon, you’re able to choose how you would like to spend your three hours with Lauryn. If you find yourself wearing shirts inside out due to lack of options in the wardrobe, send Lauryn out shopping for three hours ($75 to $100 per hour)—or join her if you prefer—and try on the clothes she chooses for you. Hit the restart button on your closet and have Lauryn weed through your current wardrobe for two hours ($200) and then shop for the remaining hour. If your whole look needs a makeover, use her for a two-hour image consultation ($250) with worksheets before doing some shopping on your behalf. You also have the option of putting the $300 toward any of Lauryn’s other packages, including the Metro Package (image consultation and closet organization, $350), Tour Eiffel Package (image consultation and personal shop session, $425), and Champs Elysees Package (full day of image consultation, closet organization, and personal shop session, $600). A full list of services is available on the website.
However you choose to use your three hours, all services are tailored to meet your personal needs, body type, and budget. Make an appointment online, have Lauryn meet you at a location of your choosing, and start the new year in good fashion.
