My name is Tim and I have a bachelor's degree from NIU in Health and Human Studies and an A.A.S in Health and Fitness. I am certified through N.S.C.A and A.C.E. I taught Boot Camp Fitness and Senior Fitness Classes for 5 years. After the pandemic closed all the gyms I started doing 1-1 online fitness training through zoom. I was actually very surprised to how well it worked and how much people were enjoying it! Going forward I plan on doing exclusively online training and would love for you to take this deal as a way to experience the newest trend of personal training.
