What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our 30 minute high intensity training allows you to "get in, get out, gets fit" without having to spend hours at the gym. We have taken HIIT style training to the next level with the best mixture of strength and cardio training. Our sessions are instructor led and suitable for all fitness levels.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We keep clients motivated by getting to know them and their goals, so we can help tailor the workouts for them on an individual level within the group setting. Our training helps clients see results quickly which is a key factor in staying motivated.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The Inspiration for Timed:Exercise came from the desire to offer clients an alternative to spending hours in a big box gyms, or having to hire a personal trainer. To offer high quality strength and cardio training in a environment that is much safer and much less likely to cause injury than other similar X-fit type workouts.
What do you love most about your job? Getting to know the clients and seeing them reach their goals, whether it be getting back into shape after some time off, losing unwanted weight after having a baby, toning up, or slimming down, getting ready for an upcoming wedding, or taking their sports training to the next level.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction,or compliment came from a mother of two when she said she was taking her kids to the beach for a week this summer and she was going to wear a new bikini, and for the first time since having the kids she felt good about the way she looked and was going to be able to enjoy herself, and that is the progress she had made at Timed:Exercise.
