What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Sunny focuses on proper movement and technique. Movement and technique are often neglected which can lead to injury. She looks at the whole person. She accommodates physical limitations while aligning with client’s fitness goal (sport specific improvement, increase energy, weight loss, etc.)
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Making each workout different by changing movements from body weight to weight lifting, changing the time of each workout or mixing anaerobic and aerobic (to name a few) . She keeps it interesting by keeping her clients guessing what is coming next!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Sunny has been involved in fitness since the age of 8. She begged her mother to run in the neighborhood at this young age. She played Division 1 Soccer at West Point, she is a veteran and has been in the fitness industry in some capacity for the past 15 years.
What do you love most about your job?
