    Up to 8 students convene for group training sessions that change focus on a daily basis with high-energy, interval exercises that focus on the entire body. Students will receive an at-home workout packet using the system, with a series of body-weight exercises along with a dietician approved nutrition packet. All sessions are based upon intervals with a range of exercises and equipment, such as TRX, kettlebells, dumbells, RIP trainers and body weight. About TS Fitness

Though the trainers at TS Fitness have varied backgrounds, each one has multiple certifications and years of experience. Founder Noam Tamir received certification in TRX group fitness, kettlebell, and flexibility and speed training, and has since spent a decade channeling his knowledge into personal-training sessions. Along with Noam, a team of trainers teach small group fitness sessions in addition to personal-training workouts. The fitness professionals help clients improve their physiques using resistance-training methods that integrate exercise balls, stretch bands, and kettlebells during group fitness. Their teachings even extend outside the studio through the nutritional printouts and cravings cards they distribute to clients and their self-recovery methods and at-home workouts.
