UFC Gym Plano's coaches, who have backgrounds in boxing, MMA, and fitness training, lead classes through a proprietary workout that follows the same fitness routines used by professional UFC athletes. The combination of mixed-martial-arts training and cutting-edge fitness techniques annihilates calories and exercises even the littlest muscles.

First, the instructors demonstrate the moves, then turn participants loose on the gym's 150-pound punching bags. Students might also use the facility's regulation-sized boxing ring octagon and state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment. After the 50-minute workout sessions, clients can hit the men's or women's showers or try to find a nearby gardener to hose them off.
