They lead proprietary UFC Gym workouts that integrate genuine fight training with engaging fitness routines. Students torch calories while juking, jabbing, and kicking, and they take their aggression out on 150-pound punching bags.

The facility features a regulation-size octagon, full weight room, cardio equipment, and showers for both men and women. They also offer a heavy-bag room with over 20 boxing heavy bags and cross fit-style equipment including tires, plyo boxes, battle ropes, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Training-session sizes are kept to a minimum, ensuring personal attention and manageable battle-royale numbers.
