1) What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? UPLIFT Yoga and Strength offers a variety of classes all in one studio. Yoga, Full Body Blast, Body Chisel, Core Piyo Flow and Hiit classes allow you to train in many different ways to optimize your fitness and health.

2) What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration for opening UPLIFT comes from our passion to help each person live their best life...to create a community of acceptance and support and personal growth . You will work your mind and your muscles, feeling happier and healthier with each workout. We are here to UPLIFT.

3) What do you love most about your job? I love my job because I get to motivate and coach students along in their fitness journeys. I get to witness their results and the way UPLIFT workouts impact and improve their daily lives.

4) What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? It’s hard to pick just one “best reaction” from a customer. Hearing from a 20 year old, 40 year old and a 90 year old in the same class, that it’s the best and most fun workout they’ve ever gotten, makes my heart happy. Our niche is giving a challenging and appropriate workout to all ages and levels, with the tools for each participant to customize moves that are perfect for them.
