Our bootcamps are small group exercise classes that mix traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Our bootcamps are small group exercise classes that mix traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, weight training and core work. Each location has a variety of props and equipment to utilize. Every class is different and designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance. Attend any locations within the 4 weeks including 1 indoor location.

These classes are twice a week and one is more extreme than the other but both are fantastic. They really work your whole body and will alter the exercises based on your abilities. Wish they did more parks (Withrow park please!!) Super great, will do it again!

Great Instructor and location!! The space in the gym is at a premium as there are multiple boot camps/personal training sessions going on at same time. At times is congested. Also, more strength training less endurance would be nice. There were weighted sleds we weren’t allowed to use...?

I am an active member at Goodlife but wanted to try boot camp to mix up my routine. I found Urban Core on Groupon and the location and times worked for me. I am so glad I did because it is a great work out, I had fun and I met the nicest people. I'll be back!
