The VENT Fitness Sports Performance program PERFORM was created to meet the needs of today’s athlete and utilizing a progressive, structured program designed to help each athlete achieve his or her personal peak performance. PERFORM is available as private sessions, small group sessions, or the staff can create a specific program for each athlete or team. Sessions are held in the state of the art PERFORM room with specialized equipment is available.
