Stop At: Hanalei Bay, , Hawaii Slip into Hanalei River from our own private dock. We will head down stream sharing history of the Hanalei river & getting comfortable in our kayaks before heading out into Hanalei Bay where we spend the majority of our time. There we check out our Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles (Honu) before heading over to the beach where we will land our kayaks and take everyone out snorkeling (45 mins). Guides will share modern day reef ecology and point out what to look for while snorkeling. After snorkeling we provide Hawaiian snacks & drinks, sit, hang out, & answer any questions you may have about our island. Our guides take great pride in sharing their island knowledge. This tour has an 2pmcheck in time and runs from 2;30pm-6pm. We will fit you for snorkel gear (you are welcome to bring your own full set of gear or a full set will be provided(no mix & match of gear). Full face masks not permitted on tour.Duration: 4 hoursAdditional Information
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- 1:1 adult to child ratio required for children under 12
- Free & ample public parking available
- Must be at least 5 years of age to participate. Participants under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants are welcome to use their personal snorkel gear with the exception of full face snorkel masks. Full Face Snorkel Masks are not permitted on tour. All participants are required to use a traditional 2 piece snorkel and mask set.
- 225lbs weight limit per person (exception of up to 250lbs if 6' or taller)
- Pregnant travelers 28 weeks or less are welcome to participate
- All participants must be in good physical health, can paddle on their own, & get in/out of kayak on their own without assistance
- Water resistant dry bags
- Double/Tandem Kayaks Required (Single kayaks provided for odd numbered groups)
- Full Face Snorkel Mask NOT Permitted
- A 24 our cancellation is enforced for all reasons including illness or changes in physical ability

The tour guide (Gabriel) was awesome, so knowledgeable. We saw turtles!! Bring your underwater camera or phone to take pictures.

Very informative and educational kayak tour. Our tour guide was very nice. The area we went to snorkel had calm waves and a lot of dishes and a turtle. Recommended to try!

It was very fun! We have done kayak tours before, Kōloa was very good at explaining the process. He had lots of history and when we got to the ocean to snorkel, he showed us all the different types of fishes and actually located a giant tortoise for us to see! It was awesome!
