Our guide Lauren had everything perfectly laid out (literally!) from the snowshoes/poles, to her "legendary" hot chocolate and cookie treats provided later in the tour. We were fortunate to have a near-bluebird day, and were able to see the snow-covered majesty of the Indian Peaks throughout the moderately undulating trail. There was even an opportunity to make snow angels and walk on a frozen lake (follow Lauren's lead on this though!) This snowshoe tour is a must-do for anyone, new or seasoned, looking to experience Colorado's Rockies in a half-day!

Snowshoeing through glistening forests and open expansive views will make you feel like you're in a winter wonderland snow globe! Visit frozen lakes with majestic Rocky Mountain views. Our snowshoe experiences are perfect for all levels of fitness - from beginner to athlete! Cookies and hot cocoa are included, as are pictures taken by your guide and sent to you! I've been living and breathing the trails in Boulder, Colorado for over a decade! I lead mountain bike tours in the summer, and snowshoe tours in the winter - a perfect blend for me! I am a PhD neuroscientist, a biotech consultant, a former professional bike racer and a lover of all things outdoors! Can't wait to show you the perfect snowshoe experience!

What a magical day we had! Lauren is warm, welcoming, and knowledgable about the area. She was also very attentive to the diverse needs of our group which allowed everyone to have a blast, despite the varying abilities. I'd highly recommend booking a trip with her, and I'm certain it won't be our last!
