I did the prison escape room with my 2 daughters and mom. So far we have done 3 out of 5 of their rooms and this one was the hardest. We spent alot of time trying to get out of the prison cells but Abel was great with giving us hints that helped guide us in the right direction to solve the puzzles. Their rooms are so detailed and interactive, they really are on a whole other level compared to other escape room places we have been. I love that each themed game has multiple rooms to go through instead of just being in one room for an hour.
I also want to brag about how nice the employees were and Able, who was our guide for the room, asked if we were there for any special occasion (it was a birthday gift from my daughter's and my mom) in the last room they had balloons and a birthday banner and they even signed a birthday card, it was so thoughtful. Once we finished Prison Escape, he even let us peak in the 2 rooms that we haven't done yet so we could decide which one we wanted to do next. We love this place and will keep going back.
(I also want to add that we have played escape games in SC, TN, FL and various other ones in NC and the ones at The Escape Game Concord are the most detailed)
