This is one of the best tours I’ve ever done, and I’ve done them coast-to-coast and across the pond! The guide was extremely knowledgeable, appropriately funny, and very kind. She invited my elderly father to sit beside her and frequently checked in with him that he could hear. The tour is a golf cart so it’s almost walking, but better. You can see and “feel” your surroundings, but it is time efficient and easier to navigate than the paths. The cemetery is visually stunning — you could truly spend the whole day here. I read and trust reviews, and I am here to tell you this is a don’t miss. My father is a craftsman and even with all the architecture that we saw in this amazing city, his favorite was this tour!
You will be touring one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the United States with an expert tour guide!

Our tour guide, Bailey, was very knowledgeable and kept us interested the full hour. The golf cart was comfortable and we were offered blankets as well as water which we didn’t need either. The Bonaventure Cemetery is a trip through Victorian history of Savannah. It was so good, we will be back to walk around ourselves and see as much as we can next time

This tour at Bonaventure Cemetery was outstanding, and a highlight of our trip! Our guide was Brandon, from Wise Guys Historical Tours, and he is the reason that we thought so highly of the experience! The word knowledgeable is an understatement, but more importantly, he framed the history from a storytelling angle, so it was very interesting and relatable! Even his replies to our questions were thorough and spot on! He was relaxed and happy, and you could sense his fulfillment in giving the best tour, every time. He gave us time where needed to go close up to certain areas for viewing and photos, and when the tour was over we both said, “That was great!” This was a “best outcome,” from a tour booking! Highly recommend the company and Brandon, our gifted guide!
