David is great. Super helpful correcting form during exercises which makes it way harder! Full body workout.
Great class - definitely easier workouts, but of course you could simply push yourself harder if you wish.
The trainers have plenty of substitutions for injuries if needed and work very hard to perfect your form which I appreciate. The space is also big and clean. I do wish it was more focused each class for instance: chest day, back day, leg day, instead of a mix of three of four different weight training groups - just so I knew I was getting well rounded workouts in throughout the week. However, they do have a cardio and core day (once a week I believe?) and a half and half class (half cardio and half weights) which is awesome.

I like the group fitness training aspect. It’s a nice bright room with quite a bit of space and equipment. I like that the instructor has a microphone so you can hear him.
A suggestion would be to have mirrors in order to check form.
I think the instructor could do a better job off explaining and demonstrating the movement that are meant to be performed... and where we are supposed to feel it!
I have done boot camps before and this is not what I was expected. I am not sure I can get the results that I was looking for.
David is very focused on form/technique and you absolutely feel the burn when he corrects you. He tries his best to spread his attention around. It feels like personal training. Also, there are options for longer workouts if you want that. Would definitely recommend!
