Great class - definitely easier workouts, but of course you could simply push yourself harder if you wish. The trainers have plenty of substitutions for injuries if needed and work very hard to perfect your form which I appreciate. The space is also big and clean. I do wish it was more focused each class for instance: chest day, back day, leg day, instead of a mix of three of four different weight training groups - just so I knew I was getting well rounded workouts in throughout the week. However, they do have a cardio and core day (once a week I believe?) and a half and half class (half cardio and half weights) which is awesome.

David is very focused on form/technique and you absolutely feel the burn when he corrects you. He tries his best to spread his attention around. It feels like personal training. Also, there are options for longer workouts if you want that. Would definitely recommend!
