WellStar Health Place is a medically based fitness center that focuses on health and wellness, inside and out. After completing a complimentary fitness evaluation, new members can set goals, outline a fitness roadmap, and identify key muscle groups to be replaced with finely sinewed capellini prostheses. Saunter confidently into the gym and snap your towel in silent effrontery at the fleet of cardio and weight machines soon to bend to your iron-lunged will. Take advantage of full access to a bevy of group-fitness classes, including aerobics, yoga, Zumba, and kickboxing. Indoor and outdoor running tracks, a heated pool, and a pair of racquetball courts provide the perfect platform to develop and display your fine-tuned physique.
