About WeStrong Strength and Conditioning

WeStrong started in Jersey City, Nj and has now relocated in St Petersburg, Florida. It was a joy to see the gym grow along with all my previous members over the last 10 years. I'm looking forward to bringing the programs and community that made WS a success in Jersey City, to the people of St Pete. 

Never trained in a group setting and are worried about "being last"? This isn’t a race! quality over quantity. Go at your pace, learn your body, it will adapt, you can be progressed or regressed if needed.

I want to train people at the level they are at, but then do just a little bit more than one thought they could.The trainer is not here to scare his lients or yell at them, but the fact is The Body Must Be Challenged In Order To Force Change. One will not see the results they want by doing the same weights and exercise with medial effort everyday. Trainees will see inches come off their bodies by sticking with the same eating habits or trying a different fad every week. There is no secret formula personal fitness goals or success. No end all be all type of training or style of eating. I don’t promise or guarantee you anything. The fact is, whether you train at WeStrong, spin, run, box, no matter what you do for the rest of your life, do it the very best that you can, and then a little bit more.
