It’s a complete, comprehensive, no pressure, workout in a half hour’s time that leaves you feeling invigorated. More importantly, the staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. You get the feel of a small gym/personal trainer experience without losing yourself. Been dieting and struggling all my life, FBBC has left me sore and wanting more!!!
