About Woops!
In 2012, four friends opened a pop-up macaron and pastries shop at the Holiday Shops in New York City's Bryant Park. It was such a hit that they soon thereafter moved their modest business to several shopping malls across the city, and then into their own full bakeshop in Brooklyn. Since then, Woops! has expanded to more than 50 locations across the United States, and continues to grow.

They make all of their macarons and pastries by hand in the traditional French style, and have fun creating off-the-wall macaron flavors such as cereal milk and honey lavender. Their team also assembles customizable macaron gift boxes for special occasions such as birthdays and holidays.
