I like the gym a lot. It has a crowd that is visually motivating, people who are actually there to work out and make improvement, and I like that. the location is easy for that side of town. I found it to be one of the best gyms I have used in Rochester.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Owned since 1997 by Brian Bohannon, a Webster native, and Health and Parenting teacher at Sodus Jr./Sr. High School.
