Calorie-melting fitness classes set to the tune of Latin-inspired music
Without a variable workout, exercise quickly becomes nothing more than a Sisyphean routine of lifting boulders, running up hills, and running away from sudden boulder avalanches. Shake up regimens with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for 10 Zumba classes (a $100 value) $49 for 20 Zumba classes (a $200 value)
As a medley of Latin-inspired music sets off internal metronomes, attendees learn intuitive dance steps that blend into a dynamic cardio workout. The instructors follow the gym's motto and declare a "war on weight" in the classes, which set tickers pumping while patrons whittle waists, tone calves, and strengthen cores. The mirrors lining the lime-green walls of the facility help patrons ensure that their kicks are high, their frames are strong, and their hair isn't on fire.
Classes take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday at 6 p.m.; and Saturday at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

About W.O.W. Fitness
Certified trainer and W.O.W. Fitness founder Kameelah Harris was never into athletics. But she did want to live a long and healthy life, so she enlisted the services of a personal trainer. The transformation she witnessed was beyond anything she ever imagined. It was this intense personal experience that opened her eyes to a greater social epidemic: obesity. That’s when she decided to begin her war on excess weight, and W.O.W. was born.
Kameelah’s fitness programs emphasize functional strength training with a focus on proper form and stability. These principles are carried out in personal-training sessions and Zumba classes performed with a host of free weights, stability balls, ellipticals, and heavy bagpipes. In addition to fitness training, Kameelah and her team assist students with diet plans and lifestyle coaching.
