Return Policy

For any order where a voucher is applied, entire purchase is returnable for store credit only. Retail purchases returnable only to retail stores. Items washed, worn, or damaged by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Exchanges will only be honored once based on the original purchase. Exchange or Returns must be made within 45 days of the original purchase and for an equal exchange only. All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by a completed exchange/return form. Otherwise, there may be a delay with processing the exchange. Exchanges applicable for a different size or color only, except in the case of damages.
