CHICAGO AND NEW YORK COVID-19 REGULATIONS 

Blue Man Group and its partners are committed to providing a safe environment for all our patrons, performers,  and staff. Please note that our regulations below are subject to change. 

• Masks are required for all patrons regardless of vaccination status until Monday, June 6th, 2022. 

• As of May 2, 2022, guests will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination nor a negative  Covid-19 test.  

For all shows prior to May 2nd 2022: 

• All patrons 5 years and older will need to show proof of vaccination at check-in. Please see the complete  guidelines below: 

• Proof of vaccination can be in the form of the CDC card, a clear photocopy of this card, or a clear mobile phone photo. Blue Man Group New York will also accept the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet App. 

o Proof of vaccination must show the following: 

- Ages 5-11: That you have completed the 1st dose of your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your 1st dose. 

- Ages 12 and over: That you have completed the 1st and 2nd dose of your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your final dose. 

o Guests who do not show a vaccine card must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test must show your name, the date and time of the test, the type of test taken, and the results. These may be presented on paper or digitally. 

• All guests who are age 18 and over are to provide a current government-issued photo ID (such as a  driver’s license or passport) along with their proof of vaccination or negative test. 

• If you were vaccinated in another country, please contact our box office so that we may determine what type of proof will be required.
