These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Groupon-Discover® Card Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to these Terms.
1.This Promotion starts 12:01 a.m. CDT on April 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on November 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”). Groupon reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time with or without notice.
2.This Promotion will apply only to purchases of Groupons for products and services in the following metropolitan markets (the “Markets”): Kansas City (Missouri), Columbus (Ohio), Chicago, Salt Lake City, Baltimore, District of Columbia, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Louisville, Houston, Austin, Denver, Dallas, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Omaha, Oklahoma City, New Orleans and Pittsburgh.
3.During selected days during the Promotion Period, Groupon will feature certain Groupons as ones where the first 320 purchases of Groupons across all Markets can receive a cash back credit of 20% of the purchase price of the Groupon if the purchase is made using a valid Discover® credit card (“Qualifying Purchase”). Purchasers will see a pencil ad when they go to check out indicating whether the purchase is subject to this promotional offer. The cash back credit will be issued to the Discover® credit card account that is used to make the Qualifying Purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of the credit.
4.Each cash back credit offer is limited to the first 320 Qualifying Purchases across all Markets that are made during the calendar day (starting at 12:01 a.m. CST and ending 11:59 p.m. CST) for which offer is made. Each cash back credit offer expires at the end of that calendar day even if a total of 320 Qualifying Purchase across all Markets are not made during that day.
5.Groupon shall have sole discretion to determine whether a purchase is a Qualifying Purchase and subject to this Promotion. All decisions of Groupon in that regard are final and binding.
6.This offer is void where prohibited and is not transferable. Except as set forth herein, all Qualifying Purchases are subject to the Groupon Terms of Service. Questions about the Promotion or the status of any credit can be submitted to support@groupon.
