A: Normally, you can see this information by signing into your Groupon.com account and going to your “My Groupons” or “My Gifts” page. There you can view and print any of your Groupons. Be aware that processing can take longer if we're really busy.

Q: It says Limit 1 Per Person. I tried to buy another on a different account and it wouldn’t accept my order! A: This may be because you’ve already purchased this Groupon on another account. The deal is limited to one Groupon per customer, as noted in the Fine Print.

Q: Why can't I redeem this code using my phone? A: The eBay redemption code will not be available for eBay mobile-app redemption. You may place your order through a traditional or mobile browser.

Q: Can I pay through ChannelAdvisor.com or another checkout service? A: This deal is good exclusively for eBay purchases made through PayPal. The eBay redemption code is not valid through third party checkout services and a valid PayPal account is required to complete your purchase.

Q: I’m not sure how much of my Groupon value has been used. A: You can check your balance by calling eBay’s automated hotline at 866-914-8078.
