Live Nation Concert Cash Code Details and Restrictions

Groupon will provide certain Customer Data to TicketsToday, a Contractor of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (''LNE''), on behalf of LNE in order to fulfill and redeem the gift card portion the offer. LNE remains responsible for the performance and obligations of its Contractors pursuant to the GrouponLive, LLC Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement (''Agreement'') between the parties. LNE shall ensure that TicketsToday (i) is able to and will email the gift card promotional codes (''Promotional Codes'') to each purchaser on or before the applicable ship-by date, (ii) will honor and redeem each Promotional Code in accordance with the terms and obligations set forth the Agreement, this submission form and the offer and (iii) will assist each purchaser with any questions or other customer service needs in connection with the offering and the redemption of the Promotional Codes. If LNE is unable to fulfill its obligations regarding shipment of the Promotional Codes to any purchaser for any reason, it will immediately notify Groupon and such purchaser and take prompt action to remediate such failure. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
