Membership FAQ

• How many people can be on the family membership?
  The TBG family membership is for up to 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 25 living at the same address. Each family membership is issued two membership cards for the adults.

• When does the membership start/end?
  The membership is valid from the date of purchase up to two years after that date. For example, if you bought the membership on April 5, 2012, it would be valid until April 5, 2014.

• I would like to renew my TBG membership through this offer, can I?
  Sorry, this offer is only for new members to TBG.

• What about same sex couples with kids?
  This does not matter, the key part is that you all live at the same address.

• What if I want to cancel my TBG membership, do I receive a refund?
  You may cancel your membership at any time, however no refund will be issued.

• I was a member of TBG a while back, if I re-join today can I get the special rate?
  That depends, when were you last a member of TBG? If it is prior to 2010 then yes you can get the special rate. If is within the past two years (2010 and up), then no, but you can renew your membership today and save by purchasing a two year membership.
