How many parks can I visit each day?

• Park-to-Park tickets allow guests to visit each park on the same day, for the number of days stated on the ticket. These tickets also let you travel between Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ on the Hogwarts™ Express.

• Base tickets allow guests to visit ONE park per day, for the number of days stated on the ticket.

What parks are we allowed to visit?

3-park ticket options grant admission to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, and Universal’s Volcano Bay™.

How do I redeem my voucher? Will I receive tickets in the mail?

You can redeem your voucher for a park ticket by presenting it (printed out or in our mobile app) at any of the Will Call Kiosk Machines located at outside the entrance to any Universal Orlando Theme Park. Follow the pick-up instructions outlined on your voucher.

When can I visit the park? Are there any blackout dates?

• Promo Park-to-Park or Base tickets: You must redeem your voucher for tickets by 9/13/2018. Tickets must be used in full by 9/17/2018.

• Regular Park-to-Park or Base tickets: You must redeem your voucher for tickets by 3/31/2019. Once you redeem your voucher for a ticket, the ticket must be used in full within one year.

Can I use these tickets to visit the park on non-consecutive days?

Yes, but all visits must occur within 7 days of the first visit, including the day of the first visit.

When does this deal end?

• Promo Park-to-Park and Base tickets are available until 9/13/2018.

• Regular Park-to-Park and Base tickets: We can’t provide information on how long this deal will run, but vouchers purchased through this deal will expire on 3/31/2019.
