Once upon a time, it seemed like Botox was a service reserved solely for aging celebrities and Real Housewives cast members. But these days, it seems like just about everybody is embracing the wrinkle-thwarting power of injectables. With more and more members of the medical community embracing Botox for medical uses, much of the stigma surrounding its cosmetic use is disappearing, and smoothing out one's crow's feet or forehead wrinkles is no longer so taboo.
With Botox's continued rise, we wondered: just who is getting the most Botox? So, we analyzed our sales data for all Botox deals and injectables deals sold in 2017 and compared units sold to determine which 10 cities are currently rocking the least number of frown lines.

Most Botoxed Cities (According to Number of Deals Sold)
- Los Angeles
- New York City
- Phoenix
- Chicago
- Dallas
- Orange County
- Atlanta
- Miami
- San Francisco
- Minneapolis–St. Paul
When only analyzing the number of Botox deals sold in our top 50 markets, the results are . . . well, not that surprising (seriously, did anyone anticipate LA not being at the top of this list?) Sadly, our Most Pampered City in America, Green Bay, Wisconsin, did not even crack the top 100 markets.
Of course, these 10 cities have something very big in common: their populations. We imagine we'd get similar results if we ran the numbers on almost any deal category, such as pizza or massages. But what would happen if we analyzed our top 50 markets and divided the total number of injectables units sold by that city's total population? The results, it turns out, are pretty surprising.

Most Botoxed Cities (According to Population)
- Fort Lauderdale
- Miami
- Atlanta
- Hartford
- Salt Lake City
- Dallas
- Washington, DC
- San Francisco
- Phoenix
- Seattle
When viewed through this lens, five of our top ten cities fall completely off the list! And cities one wouldn't normally associate with cosmetic enhancements, such as Hartford and Seattle, jump way up in the rankings.
The takeaway? Botox really is gaining popularity everywhere. And no matter where you live, chances are you know somebody who's already tried it (even if they won't admit it).
