How do I use my Cheap Air promo code?

Get the best out of your CheapAir booking with a promo code from Groupon. To obtain your discounts, simply enter your promo code on the purchase code after you’ve selected your flights and/or hotel. Don’t forget to click “apply” to redeem your savings! If you’ve selected an offer that doesn’t require a code, your savings will be automatically applied.

How much baggage can I bring with me on a CheapAir flight?

Although baggage restrictions will vary depending on your airline, most will allow you at least one piece of carry-on luggage with maximum dimensions of 22”x14”x9”. Weight restrictions will also apply. Check the Ts&Cs of your chosen airline carefully to be sure you don’t need to add extra luggage to your flight.

How do I get my tickets when I book through CheapAir?

CheapAir mostly sells electronic tickets (or “E-Tickets”), so you don’t need to worry about bringing a paper ticket with you to the airport. Simply bring along your photo ID to the check-in desk and they’ll issue you with a boarding pass on arrival.
Some airlines do not offer electronic ticketing, in which case CheapAir will ask for your postal address when you book so they can send the physical paper tickets to your home via FedEx.

Do I have to pre-pay for a hotel booking via CheapAir?

CheapAir is not just able to help with your flying needs, you can also easily book your hotel stays using their service! Part of the agreements CheapAir has with their partner hotels allows them to get great prices for customers who pay up-front for their stay, so you will need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

I also want to rent a car via CheapAir – what do I need to bring?

When picking up your rental car, you’ll need to bring your drivers’ license and major credit card. It’s also recommended that you should bring your insurance card if your car insurance provides coverage for rental cars. You’ll also need your email confirmation.

Please note, most car rental agencies will only rent to people aged 21+ and those between the ages of 21 – 25 may encounter additional surcharges. These charges are enforced by the rental agency, not CheapAir.
